So, today is the day that Thine Is The Kingdom EP is released worldwide. It’s amazing how you can release something worldwide in a moment, all across the world. It’s available everywhere! You can download it, you can stream it and in a few weeks you’ll even be able to get the physical version (ya, those still exist!).

We’re excited, to say the least. We feel like we’ve birthed something. Ok, maybe just me. My wife actually knows what it’s like to give birth and it’s quite possible the uneasiness I feel in my gut is just gas. Nevertheless, I feel this incredible sense of excitement that I don’t even know what to do with. It literally takes over my whole body. Maybe to see how people will react to it. Maybe in hopes people will enjoy it. Be ministered to by it. Encounter God when they hear it. Maybe it’s because we are made to create, and when we do, we feel alive.

When God said, “Be fruitful and multiply” he was talking about us reproducing ourselves. Sure he was talking about making babies, but really he was talking about creating. Creating comes out of being creative! Whether it’s a child, a song, an album, a painting, a book, or any other creation from out of you, it is multiplying who you are into something in this world.

I’m reminded of this every time I look at my daughter. She is undoubtedly mine. The hair gives it away. And in the same way, when we create something, a part of us multiplies to it. I know it every time I see one of my wife’s paintings, or hear her piano playing. The sight of it, the sound of it; it all breathes Kelley!

This album is something out of my inner core. For years I have loved the Lord’s prayer. There’s something about it. The adoration towards God, the honesty of a request, the declaration of His goodness and faithfulness. It hits me in all the right places! Maybe that’s why this is the second time I’ve recorded a song that is about the Lord’s prayer, and I honestly don’t think it will be the last.

As I said, Kelley and I are both hopeful you will enjoy it. Assuming you go out and buy it of course. We’re hoping that you encounter God while you listen to it. We want to see His name and His fame go out in all the earth, because when people encounter God, they are changed for the good!

It’s also my birthday today. I’d be remiss not to mention it! 😉

Cheapest birthday present you could ever buy. $3.96 on iTunes, Google Play or Amazon MP3 or you can get it right here on our site (link below). Second, share it. Tweet it, Instagram it, Facebook it, email your dad and mom. Let people know you heard something they should hear. It would help us get word out there and as we said, our hope is people are transformed through it.
